Ayant h\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e0 sa majorit\u00e9 de son p\u00e8re, il dilapide la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage en 18 mois. Ses d\u00e9penses somptuaires sont jug\u00e9es outranci\u00e8res par ses proches, qui convoquent un conseil judiciaire<sup id=\"cite_ref-17\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Le 21 septembre 1844, ma\u00eetre Narcisse Ancelle, notaire de la famille, est officiellement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme conseil judiciaire qui lui alloue une pension mensuelle de 200\u00a0francs<sup id=\"cite_ref-18\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>. En outre, le dandy doit lui rendre compte de ses faits et gestes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Cette situation infantilisante inflige \u00e0 Baudelaire une telle humiliation qu&rsquo;il tente de se suicider d&rsquo;un coup de couteau dans la poitrine le 30 juin 1845<sup id=\"cite_ref-19\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>. Outre sa r\u00e9putation de d\u00e9bauch\u00e9, Baudelaire passait pour quelques-uns de ses amis pour\u00a0homosexuel\u00a0:\u00a0<q class=\"citation\">C\u2019est moi-m\u00eame<\/q>,
